Why Breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because as you have not eaten any food for 12 hours, your body needs nutrition and a good boost for the day. Breakfast is the only meal that you have to start off your day, so eating a healthy and full meal will make your mood, hand-eye co-ordination, and attentiveness improve. A good breakfast that everyone should have contains all the parts of the "My Plate", which are grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, and finally dairy. If you have a healthy breakfast, your day will improve, and you will have the energy to get through to lunch. Therefore, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
