Parent/Student Agreements
1. I will make sure my laptop is charged every night by leaving it in my charger on my desk. I usually just plug the home computer in when I get home at my study desk, so I will plug it in the minute I get home.
2. I will bring it back home to charge by putting it in my backpack, and will remember to bring it to school the next day by putting my backpack next to my computer at night.

Precision And Its Importance

I need five types of fruits and veggies a day because it will keep me healthy and keep me from having disgusting sicknesses like diabetes or having a heart attack. I should also eat a more variety of veggies as different colours have different nutrients. I need at least four glasses of water as it will keep me from being dehydrated, and also feeling very weary. For me, this is very important as it will help me be healthier. I need approximately three conversations with my friends, like listening to music or playing together. This is extremely important as it keeps you active and mentally healthy. You should have less than two hours of screen time as it is not healthy. You should always plan out what you are doing on the computer, as if you spend to much time on it you will get sucked into whatever you are doing. You should do at least one hour of physical exercise a day as it helps you get more fit. Also, you feel more relaxed and ready-to-go after exercising. You need at least 8 hours of sleep a day as it will help you to be more refreshed. You also need to sleep as in school if you don't sleep you will be tired and worn out.
To improve my wellness I need to have more sleep because it will help how I concentrate in school and I won't feel like a zombie.
